Click Settings, then click Ethernet. Make sure the Ethernet ON/OFF box is checked. If you cannot connect to ethernet you can always connect via WiFi though it isn't the recommended method as it's not as reliable as ethernet. Make sure the WiFi ON/OFF box is checked. Find your network and enter the password, if necessary. Verify that Date & Time is correct on the box. If it is not accurate, the internet connection will not correspond correctly. You will have internet access, but in some cases, the box will malfunction. For example, if you are trying to subscribe, and the Date & Time is incorrect, then it will keep you in a loop, and it will not respond correctly. To confirm that your OmniBox is connected correctly, you can go into the browser. Once it loads you know your OmniBox connected successfully
